Jon Staenberg, Co-Founder
Jon co-founded the Company after more than ten years in venture capital. Jon serves as our Chairman and is focused on technology relationships, business partnerships and is our financial officer. Jon began his technology career at Microsoft, where he worked for six years. Jon graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University, where he received his B.S., M.A., and M.B.A. Jon lives on his houseboat in Seattle, but his heart is in San Francisco, which is his second home. Paul Berger, Co-Founder
Paul co-founded the company and is our recovery and insurance expert. Paul serves as our Chief Strategy Officer and has been focused on developing our government and business relationships. Prior to starting USEOC, he was the Managing Attorney of the Hurricane Law Group, a firm that exclusively handled hurricane claims. He also owns Claim Solvers, a leading public adjusting firm. Paul and his wife Lisa live in Florida with their two small children, three dogs and two fish. Cameron Ferroni, President & CTO
Cameron served as the Chief Technology Officer of Marchex from 2005 until 2008. Prior to joining Marchex, he was in senior management at Microsoft during a 13 year span with the company. From 1999-2005 he was responsible for managing all aspects of the Xbox Software and Services team, including core OS work, and the creation of Xbox Live. Cameron lives with his wife (a professional food photographer), dog (a professional food eater), and step-daughter (a professional teenager) in Seattle. Beatrice Garcia, Director of Content and Media Relations
As a reporter for the Miami Herald and the Wall Street Journal, Bea has followed the insurance industry since 1988. Her coverage of the chaos in the insurance market that ensued after Hurricane Wilma earned her the first prize in consumer reporting from the Society of Professional Journalists in 2007. She was part of the Miami Herald team that earned the 1993 Pulitzer Prize Gold Medal for Meritorious Public Service for coverage following Hurricane Andrew. Michael Wimpee, Senior Engineer
Michael came to Emicus with a background in scaling high volume, data intensive platforms. Despite his snail's pace at elementary arithmetic, he loves playing with data. Michael lives in Seattle and can be reached at m@emicus.com.

Kelly Jensen, Senior Design Engineer
Despite only four years of experience doing Software Development at Marchex, Kelly has managed to contribute functional pieces of the site. Between the algorithmic alchemy, javascript hacking, and daring deploys, Kelly enjoys rowing, riding bikes, drinking coffee, living on a houseboat, and other classic Seattle pastimes.
